***The CARTER-MECUM Group has built SOLID relationships and has years of experience with many exclusive landlords.  We can help you get your deals done when they may otherwise fall through. In addition, DSA Realty is the exclusive broker for DSA Management, which owns and manages over 30 buildings, and has over 100 additional exclusive buildings. As any experienced NYC rental agent will tell you, if you want to be successful and have a good income you need to have a base of exclusives every month.

***DSA's new main office is a 4,500 square foot duplex retail storefront office with conference rooms, a kitchen/lunch break area and all the latest technology. It is open 7 days a week with multiple managers on site at all time. Additionally, on this very block are two NYU dorms and one New School dorm. There is a steady flow of walk-ins all day every day.

***DSA offers Health Insurance to all its employees. 1/3 - 2/3 paid based on production.

***Each agent gets their own desk with a filing cabinet and partitions so you can have private conversations. We do not crowd agents into tiny offices and then have them share desks. Your desk is yours!
